New Orleans Faith Health Alliance (NOFHA) is a private, non-profit, tax-exempt health care organization incorporated in the State of Louisiana and governed by an independent, elected Board of Directors. NOFHA operates like a private medical practice (a regular doctor’s office) providing a medical home model of health care management supported by an electronic medical record. We believe that improved health outcomes are best achieved through a physician-directed, cost-effective, long-term focus that encompasses and values both the art and science of medicine. At NOFHA, the emphasis is not only on treating symptoms but on actively engaging each patient-member in a continuous regimen of physical, spiritual, and emotional health improvement.
