Luanne Francis – Executive Director
Luanne comes to NOHFA from her position with Kingsley House as Program Manager of their dynamic Health Care For All program. A native of Kingston Jamaica, Luanne has a BS in Chemistry and Biochemistry from University of the West Indies and a Master of Public Health degree from Tulane University School of Public Health. She is also a Stephen Minister and Pastoral Care Representative of the Episcopal Church and is Co-Chair of the Anti-Racism Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana.
Mary Mackey – RN Clinic Manager
Mary is a graduate of the William Carey College School of Nursing and the Charity Hospital School of Nursing, where she received her Registered Nurse Degree [Is this the right way to say it?] Mary has over fifteen years experience in a wide range of clinical management settings at Charity and will be overseeing the day-to-day operation of the clinic.
Bob Marye – Director of Fund Development
Bob joins the staff after spending the last four years as Co-Director of Development with New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity. Bob is graduate of La Tech with a BA in English and has Master and Master of Fine Arts degrees from UNO. Bob is a past Director of Audubon Louisiana Nature Center and a Development officer with Audubon Nature Institute.
Natalia Skef- Administrative Manager
Natalia was born and raised in Argentina and moved to New Orleans 10 years ago after living 3 years in Israel. Natalia has an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business Administration and she is currently enrolled part-time at UNO working toward completion of a BA in Psychology. Natalia has over 13 years of experience working as a Bookkeeper and Administrative Manager and is in charge of all the administrative duties of the health center. Rocio is originally from Guatemala and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is a graduate of Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala with a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology. She also brings her experience as a Dietetic Technician to her health coaching. Her education and experience equip her to organize and implement behavioral education, health promotion programs and nutrition education.
